Obituary for Alice Elizabeth Harper Lamarr

Alice Elizabeth Harper Lamarr transitioned from this life to eternity on Sunday night, May 2, 2021. She was preceded in death by her Mother Laura Betts Arbnot and her Father, Willie B. Harper.
She leaves in legacy her four beloved children: Marsean Darnell Harper, Kali Tania Harper (Don), Sareeta LaBrie Lamarr, and John Erskine Lamarr, Jr. (Tatiana), all of Grand Rapids, MI; seven adorable grandchildren and two beloved great grandchildren.
She is survived by her Aunt and "second Mother", Mrs. Ada Lee Betts and Fiancé Mr. Ray Williams.
Other Survivors include: her Brothers, Larry D. Harper, Sr. (Verona Joyce) of Phoenix, AZ, Darryl Harper (Betty) of Shannon, MS, William (Nick) Harper and Lee Willie Harper of Columbia, SC, Norman Trice and Kelvin Buck of Tupelo, MS, and Joseph Trice of Atlanta, GA, Sisters Maxine Betts-White, of Grand Rapids, MI, Anita Harper and Mary Mayfield of Tupelo, MS.
She also leaves behind a bevy of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Private funeral service will take place on Saturday, May 15, 2021 Family Hour at 10:00AM and Celebration of Life Service at 11:00AM.

Mrs. Lamarr will be interred at Woodlawn Cemetery.
