Darwin Anthony Jemison was born July 17, 1965, to Loretta Jemison and Jimmie Berry in Mississippi. He was the 3rd child out of 5 children.
Darwin received Christ at an early age while attending Bethel Pentecostal Church.
He graduated from Ottawa Hi ls High School, in 1983. After graduating he enlisted and served his Country in the United States Army. Darwin loved to cook, play pool, bowling and be outside, yes, he was an outside guy. Darwin had a heart of gold, everyone knew he would do anything for anyone.
Darwin was preceded in death by his parents, his Maternal and Paternal Grandparents, his Aunt Gwen Jemison, Aunt Ludie Patterson, Sister Teresa Riley-Cross and his Nephew Donta Terrell Colling.
He leaves to cherish his memories Diedre Renee Jemison of Buck Eye, Az, Derrick Jon Jemison and Darin L. (Erica) Jemison both of Grand Rapids, MI., Darrilynn Jemison of Pontiac, Mi, Uncle Charles Williams (Auntie) of Muskegon, MI., Deburahlee Atkins of Hesperia, CA and four special children, Nilda (Emanuel), Alfredo, Miguel and Bernice a l of Grand Rapids, MI. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews and cousins
